Machine Details
1. Ingredient Preparation
STABAKE will provide the ingredient formula free of charge with the machine.
The flour and other dry ingredients are mixed in a large industrial mixer. Water is gradually added to form a dough. The mixing process ensures that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

2. Dough Portioning and Shaping
The dough is divided into small portions, typically weighing around 30-50 grams each, depending on the desired size of the Khakhra. Each portion is pressed into thin sheet. The thickness is crucial, as Khakhra needs to be thin to achieve the desired crispiness. The shapes or sizes can be setted depending on the product specifications you need.
3. Baking and cooling.
The rolled Khakhra discs are then cooked in an industrial oven. After cooking, the Khakhra is transferred to a cooling conveyor where it cools down to room temperature. This step is essential to prevent moisture buildup, which can make the Khakhra lose its crispiness.
