By change different knives can cut various root and stem vegetables into many shape: strips, slices, cubes, rhombus and waves. The slicing scope includes cabbage, chives, mustard, leek, kelp, celery, garlic, potato, yam, bamboo shoot, onion, melon, eggplant etc.
