Description:
HM seriese spiral dough mixer machine is the new designed for mixing water and flour (additives) evenly into dough. This machine is widely used in food factory,bakery shop, school, hotel, restaurant and chain center distribution baking project etc
Feature:
Forwarder and invert double direction motions and double speeds driving.
Micro computer digital display control panel or manual button controller are available.
Design a reasonable speed difference between the bowl and the beater that makes the dough mixes evenly and maintains quality texture.
Stainless steel bowl and spiral arm, safety guard and flour screen made of PP.
Short time for mixing to largely save labor force. More than ten minutes will be enough for mixing. Mixing time easy to adjustable at any time. the timing device can be stopped at any time.
With automatic protection device, urgent stop once cover be open or not perfect fixed.
Circuit with overload protection, capable of avoid machine damage due to operate failure.
With sample hole on the protection cover, easy and convenient to take sample through the sample hole.
Easy to operate; and convenient in cleaning.
