Description:

The machine is suitable for apple peel and core and split operation. The machine can deal with 3 apple in a time. With peeling knife, core removing knife and cutting knife to achieve peeling, removing and cutting in one time.

The machine standard with 4 piece cutting blade, also can cut into 2,4,6,8,10 piece as optional. One machine only with one cutting blade.

The machine with safety door design, emergency stop. simple operation, easy to clean, stable performance, safe and reliable, peeling effect is good. Suitable for food processing factory, unit canteens and catering industry.

Apple Slicing thickness was fix on one set of knife ,but you can add or reduce by using a small shim to change.

Apple diameter size range from 60-100mm .

The peeling rate reaches over 98%.
