Meat Dicer machine
Description:
Stabake brand fresh frozen meat dicr machine can achieve precise "cubes", "slivers", "slices" and high work efficiency. The minimum size of diced is 4mm, and the maximum size is 30mm. It is the first choice for meat food processing and cutting.
Feature:
1. Adjust the cutting thickness knob to change the pushrod advancing speed to achieve different cutting thickness requirements.
2. Adjust the pre-pressure knob to ensure that the cutted product is consistent during the cutting process.
3. Adjust the meat pushrod to step motion, when single-edged cutting, the extrusion of the product will be minimized during the cutting process.
4. The cutting groove-side adopts an active side pressure mechanism, which is convenient for feeding and improving work efficiency.
The product can be Maximize compression before cutting, so even it is higher than the feeding port, also no need pre-cutting. The cutting speed is 50-120 times/min.

By change the grid knife, it can make different size of meat dice from 4mm to max 30mm.
