This biscutis production line covers the entire process from dough mixing, biscuit forming, baking, oil spraying, and packaging.etc. Core equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. It supports flexible switching between multiple recipes and includes fully automatic filling, chocolate coating, and coconut powder sprinkling modules. Servo motors precisely control the filling weight, ensuring even and drip-free coating. It can flexibly produce various types of biscuits, including thin, crispy biscuits and sandwich biscuits, with diverse shapes and rich flavors.

Machine Details
1. Dough Mixing Machine: Mixes flour, eggs, sugar, and other ingredients evenly.

2. Biscuit Forming Machine: Places the mixed dough into the biscuit forming machine, presses it through three rollers, and then cuts it into biscuit blanks using a roller cutter. The forming effect is excellent and the molds can be customized.

3. Baking: Tunnel ovens and rotary hot air ovens are available to suit different needs.

4. Biscuit Oil Spraying Machine (Optional): Sprays oil onto the surface of the biscuits after baking, enhancing their color, aroma, and flavor, thus improving their quality. This machine offers even spraying, high efficiency, low oil consumption, low noise, an attractive outer shell, and convenient and reliable operation.

5. Biscuit Cooling and Sorting Line: Allows biscuits to cool thoroughly before conveying them to the packaging machine, ensuring proper arrangement and guaranteeing quality after packaging and extending shelf life.

6. Biscuit Filling Machine (Optional): Automatically adds cream/ chocolate/ jam, etc., to the center of the biscuits, increasing biscuit variety.

7. Pillow Packaging Machine: Packages the finished biscuits according to requirements for easy storage, transportation, and sale.
