The Banana Powder Production Line for our Mexico customers to make banana powder.
It has three stages, first peeling the green banana. Then slicing green banana and drying into banana chips. The last is grinding the dried banana chips into banana powder.
The processing capacity is 400kg per hour.
The processing step is green banana peeler-lifter and bubble washer-Air dryer dewatering machine- Picking conveyor (by manual) -banana slicing- banana drying chamber-powder grinding machine-automatic weighing and packaging machine
The customer order the project line at March of 2021 year.
