  1. Clean the surface and material channel in time after each shift is completed to avoid the growth of bacteria. And put a few drops of cooking oil on the rotating friction part for next use.


  2. Lubricating oil replacement system of the reducer oil tank: The oil level should be observed in time, and the oil should be added in time, so that the oil level is not lower than the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil (40# oil) should be replaced every 6 months.


   3. It is found that the power of the machine has dropped or the screw auger loses rotation, and the back cover should be opened in time to adjust the tightness of the transmission belt. After one year of normal operation, the reducer should be disassembled, and the rolling bearings should be cleaned and refueled.


   4. The reamer and cutterhead should be sharpened or replaced in time after being used for a period of time.
