Specification:

1. Production efficient:

  • It is 4:1 for fresh potato and finished potato chips

  • It is 2:1 for fresh potato and finished frozen French fries


2. Fresh potato requirement:

  • For Potato Chips:

    Diameter is about40-60 mm, regular shape;

    Inside is white, small bud;

    Drying material content is about 22-25%.

    Deoxidize sugar content ≤0.2%:before using the potatoes, it is needed to put storage potatoes in another room whose temperature is about 12-18℃ and last for 1 week

  • For French Fries:

    Color outside is yellow, Color inside is white

    Dry material content≥20%

    Sugar content≤0.2%;

    Length ≥68mm

    Size is 8*8, 9*9, 10*10mm

 Through 60-95 degree hot water blanching to protect potato sliver or chips from oxidation, keep its original color and quality.

Vibrating Dewatering Machine

Shake to remove surface water and spread the potato slivers or chips for next step air drying.

Air Drying Machine

 Through high pressure fan blowing for pre-cooling and removing the excess water after blanching in short time, prevent the fried oil jumped phenomenon

For frying the potato slivers or chips. Frying temperature 0-220℃adjustable; Frying time frequency adjustable.

Shake to remove surface oil and spread the potato slivers or chips for next step air cooling.

Installation & Commission:


1) Guide Installation:

The supplier provide guidance service online or telephone for installation and commissioning within 48 hours after receiving the notice from the buyer.

2) Technician to the Site Installation:

we shall send one engineer to the buyer’s location for installation, commissioning, and training for 7 days. The buyer shall pay for the salary, round-trip tickets, visa application expense, (including round-trip tickets for visa), food and hotel (with internet available), security, traffic at buyer’s site. The salary is USD150/Day (7hours) for this engineer(From the date of our departure to return to my company).

The buyer should supply the support steel frame,installing tools and others required during in the installation and commissioning.

3) Operator Training:

Equipment from the wiring, debugging, the buyer side operators will be under the guidance of the supplier, learning the mechanical working principle and maintenance factors of the operation processing, master the use of equipment theory and practical experience.
